Breaking: COVID-19 ONE CONFIRMED CASE AT MAMPROBI
One Case of Covid-19 has recorded in Mamprobi yesterday.
A disclosed report to Adoanews reporter RUBY TACKIE indicates that a patient who had been on admission since Thursday (March 26, 2020) was showing symptoms of fever.
A blood sample of the said patient which was sent for testing came out POSITIVE to COVID-19.
According to the report, the patient had since been transferred to the Greater Accra Regional (formerly the RidgeHospital and is responding to treatment.
The transfer took place yesterday Friday, March 27, 2020, at around 8 pm.
The report added that the situation is not to create fear or panic for residents at Mamprobi and its surroundings since medical attention is been carried out.
He advised that all persons should try as much as possible to stay indoors to help prevent further spread of the virus.
